Equestrian 2023 2023 President’s Letter:
Looking back over the past several years I am humbled by how fortunate we have been at Hodges

processes unique to the awards industry. We fashioned new boxes, a new conveyor system for use

Champion and TIP Reserve Champion plus employees have spent weeks in training. We hope that this training will not only assist them in

Alas, the world we once knew is a thing of the past. Wages have risen dramatically; material costs
have skyrocketed along with the cost of shipping. Although we had to make the difficult decision to
increase prices, please know these improvements have lessened the impact. We have passed the
saving on to you, our customers, as we all understand how trying this time has been on everyone.
As 2022 rushes to a close, we are extremely thankful that most customers are thriving and holding
events again. Our employees are back and working hard producing awards. The supply chain issues
that dogged us have begun to recede. We will be here for you in 2023 and stronger together.
